IAM ARCHITECT - Stockholm/remote

We are looking for an IAM Solution architect to lead the in-house engineering effort for commercial business units with our Project Owner. We are now looking for an experienced architect to lead the project. You will be one of the driving forces in the development of IAM in this position. Furthermore, based on your experience, you have a clear understanding of what is required to succeed in architectural transition and ensure proper access to various administrative services via our product.
The key to this role is to engage and involve people and the organization through good communication skills, as well as to establish good cooperation with stakeholders and drive the broader architecture community, and set direction.

Principal responsibilities:
advising other architects and developers, as well as defining and driving the necessary competency and capacity setup
Together with the rest of the architect and IAM team, you are responsible for defining architectural strategies, standards, and principles for future development and change projects and ensuring that they are implemented.
Accountable for architecture alignment with corporate strategies and the company's IT architecture.
Ensure that the necessary governance model is in place and running for architecture to ensure that architecture objectives are met in an agile manner.
Facilitate complex design discussions and drive decision-making processes.
Establish and facilitate architecture initiatives across the back-end service development teams, ensure we work with architecture proactively, and define direction and priorities
About the group:
You will collaborate with architects from the IT architecture unit and work closely with the Project Owner and the MyBusiness team in Customer and Partner solutions. In addition, you will present and anchor the decisions in relevant governance bodies (e.g., steering groups).
Who are you...?
Have prior experience with distributed system architecture and development in a complex enterprise environment supporting multiple teams.
Extensive experience with large migration projects involving significant changes to IAM components.
Experience with relevant Oauth2 flows, architectures, and tools for RBAC and ABAC, as well as identity management for external users, such as customers and partners.
Experience with IAM tools from Curity, ForgeRock, and Axiomatics is preferred.
Experience and feel at ease in an agile development environment, taking the lead in architectural decisions, and driving towards predetermined goals.
Experience from taking on quality responsibility for architecture, i.e., having a cost-conscious and long-term mindset in the field of architecture.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think "outside the box," are required.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
On project design and scope, consults with key stakeholders and senior management.
Assists other organizations with complex architecture solution planning and implementation.
English proficiency is required. It is advantageous to be fluent in Nordic languages.
We'd prefer for you to be able to join us at the workshops in our Espoo office.
