Job Description
We are looking for an architect to the to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) product team, which is a part of the Information- and cybersecurity domain in H&M’s Business Tech organization.

H&M is investing heavily in its digital capabilities and accelerating its digital journey, where IAM is seen as a strategic component and where investments are made in strengthening the capabilities as well as building a future architecture build on Zero Trust principles.
The IAM product team is responsible for managing the identity, access, and directory and authentication services for over 160 thousand employees, in over 5000 locations, in over 70 countries, and growing. To support this complexity and volume H&M’s IAM function relies on a team of specialists working with our IAM, PAM and AD/AAD platforms.
What you will do
You will be an integral part of the team working on improving the operations of as well as set out the future architectural roadmap and strategy for the product platforms and services with primary focus on the Directory services.
This requires you to be able to drive and initiate work individually as well as continuously supporting other teams and initiatives with IAM architecture expertise. We see that you have a proven track record working hands on with architecture responsibilities within IT and the IAM domain.
Your responsibilities
Continually build business knowledge and understand the services contribution to business outcomes
Overall responsible for the architecture within Identities, Directories and Access services
Develop the service & solution portfolio
Work with strategies for the technical architecture together develop and implement roadmaps for the services aligned with business needs and strategies
Make sure the architecture is in line with H&M Architectural Principles and Long-term Strategies
Advocate for and support implementation of IAM best practices, principles, and processes across the organization and in the Digital Access platforms and services.

Your skills
At least 5 + years’ experience of implementing or architecting information systems and/or Domain - Architecture
Being a strong leader with the ability to motivate and make things happen
You have a passion for learning, continuous improvement, sharing and working in a team environment
Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
Experience from large global complex system landscapes
Good knowledge of infrastructure technologies and how they contribute to business value and experience of working with operation and support in a global IT organization and good knowledge of the processes in this field.
Experience of agile development methods (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban)
Knowledge of Project Management frameworks and methodologies (such as; PRINCE, PPS, RUP, PMI)
Experience of managing outsourced deliveries
Good knowledge of working with requirements and experience from contract negotiations with large IT vendors and service suppliers in an on-shore/off-shore setup
Good experience from working with Architectural methods and Notations (such as; TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe, UML. Archimate)
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
Fluent in written/spoken English, preferably (but not required) fluent in written/spoken in Swedish.

Technical Qualifications
Enterprise-scale architecture and design experience with Microsoft on premises/cloud and hybrid infrastructures, identity architecture designs, infrastructure migrations as well as technology and security management.

Authentication/Authorization protocols (SAML2.0, OAUTH2, WS-FED, Kerberos, LDAP)

Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
