Our headquarters are centrally located in Stockholm, Sweden. The IAM role can be located at HQ, or at our manufacturing site in Trosa. Or if you should so wish, Paris. The IAM Role

As IAM you will work closely with the group IT team based in Sweden and rest of the global IT team, concentrated to three hubs in France, Malaysia and US. It is important as IAM to continuously collaborate with the business entities so you will also work closely with representatives from all parts of our business. This gives you as IAM the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and sectors of the business. You will also have close contact with and manage our service providers within the IAM area of responsibility.

You will develop, plan and deliver the relevant Identity and Access services to support the business, which means that you will work in particular with Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, Office 365, Exchange, our IDM solution (Adaxes), Certificates, SPAM filtering.

You will act as a point of escalation for the support teams when required. You will also provide and maintain processes, procedures and documentation related to the services.

You will take part in many coming projects in the IAM role. To name a few is a transition from on prem AD to Azure AD, Global PKI replacement, automation of certificates and account creation.



About You

As a person, you are self-motivated with your own drive. You like to plan and execute your daily work and coordinate others when needed. You can prioritize effectively, and you like to build good relations with key stakeholders. You like to work independently as well as together with others in a team and see no problems working in a team with members in different geographies.
To really feel great in this IAM role we also believe that you like to share knowledge and train others as well as being curious for new tech in IAM and other relevant fields.

To enjoy and be successful in the IAM role we believe that you have;

* Good knowledge in AD and Azure AD
* Good knowledge of authentication (MFA) and authorization
* Good knowledge in IT Service Management and ITIL
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange online, Teams online, Sharepoint online, Onedrive)
* Been studying IT or engineering at a university or equivalent
* ADFS, Digital Certificates, Public certificates, PKI management
* Very well written and spoken English.

It is meritorious if you have;

* International experience
* SAML and SSO experience
* Experience of IDM solutions or similar automation and management tools
