Our International School follows the broad and balanced Cambridge International curriculum, delivering an International Education in English to students aged 6 to 19. Our education programme leads to IGCSE (at age 16) and A Level (at age 19) examinations.
Uppsala International School will offer The International Baccalaureate (IB) for students aged 6-19. The IB Diploma Programme is recognised by the world’s top universities.
Uppsala Bilingual School
We are pleased to announce that we are opening a Bilingual Section for students aged 6-16. This is an exciting opportunity for your child to benefit from a strong academic programme in both Swedish and English in an international environment, which offers local connections as well as a global outlook. Our Bilingual Section will follow the Swedish curriculum.
Our Bilingual Section is unique in how it focuses on Swedish language during the early years and up to Grade 9. From Grade 4 and up academic subjects are taught equally in English and Swedish.
School Transport
As a parent, ensuring that your children get to and from school safely and comfortably is our priority, our school bus will be operating from different regions to our campus in the mornings and the same route back again in the afternoons. With this in mind, we will offer our students a reliable and secure bus service.
