Business Area Networks (BNEW) is responsible for Ericsson´s industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson’s technology leadership. BNEW is focused on securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G, and continuing to invest for sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market!
The Operation Center section within BNEW is now looking to expand the team with an ICT Change Manager who will play a meaningful role evolving our internal Production System used in R&D.

Within our organization, we are in the phase of building a service-minded organization capable of providing a world-class environment that is flow-optimized and will simplify and reduce the vast variety of existing development and test environments including tools.
The position will be based in Kista, Sweden reporting to the Manager for the Operations Center.
What you will do
Work closely with other Change Managers
Establish ways of working within Change Management regarding continuous change within R&D and in our global design and lab environment
Facilitate collaboration and coordination of IT Continuous Change activities between organizations
Share and co-operate around AI, Automation and Machine Learning ideas that can contribute to a more efficient operations


You will bring
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and full of initiative to meet stakeholder expectations
Experience from cloud/virtualized environment and understanding of the benefits a cloud environment brings verses a non-cloud environment
Track record in bringing structure to complex areas (documentation and communication)
Experience of complex technical organizations in a multi-stakeholder environment
