Job Summary:
We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Engineer. We are looking for you who want to think new and is driven by new technology.
You are self-motivated and see it challenging to solve the end user's problems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
You provide HW/SW support for key IT solutions. You also meet our end users at all levels in the company in their daily work environment ensuring the functionality and availability of Ericsson's IT environment, which consists of well-defined service areas such as laptops, desktops, monitors, LAN, WLAN, print, telephony and video.
We are also responsible for logistics and that our IT processes are developed and monitored.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Degree from university in IT or comparable experience
Minimum years of experience: 4 years in IT Support
Excellent knowledge of Windows, Office 365, OneDrive, PC Clients, videoconferencing, Skype and Teams
Is service-oriented and likes to help IT users in their daily environment
Is familiar with, and accustomed to working in teams with agile methods
Likes new technology and follows what's happening in the industry
Able to talk about technology in simple terms
Fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing
IT Processes, tools and infrastructure knowledge
