Assignment
As an ICT Engineer, you will be responsible for the integration, configuration, and validation of products/solutions in different network environments. You will also be responsible for SW Management (licensing, Upgrade, Backup) and Equipment Management (HW assets in admin systems, utilization). Additionally, you will be responsible for case handling for incidents and support requests, de-commissioning of Out-of-Service equipment, general troubleshooting, and administration/documenting of systems. You will be expected to propose improvements to enhance stable operations and participate in local and global improvement initiatives.

You will be required to lead knowledge sharing locally, drive activities for solutions and tools development, and act as a mentor to others. You will work closely with other teams to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of products/solutions.

Your main tasks are:
- Integration, configuration, and validation of products/solutions in different network environments
- SW Management (licensing, Upgrade, Backup) and Equipment Management (HW assets in admin systems, utilization)
- Case handling for incidents and support requests
- De-commissioning of Out-of-Service equipment
- General Troubleshooting
- Administration/documenting of systems

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in integration, configuration, and validation of products/solutions
- Experience in SW Management (licensing, Upgrade, Back-up) and Equipment Management (HW assets in admin systems, utilization)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience with documentation and reporting
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- High IT maturity and experienced user of Office 365
