As part of Deliver Portfolio, we are looking for dynamic candidates to lead the sub-portfolio Supply Chain as an ICT Line Manager – Supply Chain.
What you will do
Lead and secure the IT deliverables for Supply group functions
Be the main IT interface for the Supply business stakeholders and manage a team of Strategic Product Managers (SPM) and Technical Product Managers (TPM) and our IT partner in delivering value to the business
Overall responsibility for the IT delivery towards Supply Chain organization
Secure that proposed solutions are scalable, stable, and secure (in an agile environment)
Pro-actively secure that implementations progress as planned – solve any resources, budget, or technical constraints
You will drive business valued contribution, interpret and translate business capability needs and translate them into demands
Maintain stakeholder management within the Supply Chain organization

You will bring
Experience in Supply Chain both within Business and IT
Education: University degree with relevant work experience
Minimum Years of experience: 8-10
Domain experience: IT and process experience in scope.

Additional Requirements:
8 years of full-time experience in managing large scale IT deliveries involving multiple system domains
Professional experience in Supply Chain application
Solid grasp and experience in the complexities related to large system landscapes with significant integration points
Proven track in senior business interaction and stakeholder expectation management
Experience in agile development using shown agile delivery methodologies in an enterprise setting is a must
IT processes, tools, and infrastructure knowledge
Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
Attract Talent and build impactful teams
Analytical capability
Track record in delivering breakthroughs in demanding conditions
Taking end-to-end perspective
