Group IT within BMAS is looking for an ICT Service Manager for Identity and Access management, a key element to ensure Ericsson success with the digital transformation.

What the job is about

Ericsson is on a digital transformation journey and Identity and Access management, is key infrastructure that supports this change journey.
We are now looking for a Service Manager that can develop and manage the services offered from the platform.
Your role will include all activities such as: financial follow up, planning of the run budget, issue of requirements to SPM, capacity management, secure compliance, service level and KPI follow up, operations follow up, incident, problem and configuration follow up, release planning, user interaction, and service planning. Service Lifecycle Management and service registration and documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. Presently we are organized in development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

What will you do - Responsibilities?
You will own the services, managing those and setting short- and long-term objectives together with the strategic product manager.
Set the prioritization on requirements based on input from users, needs available technologies, cost vs benefits analysis.
Secure and plan the run budget for the services.
You will perform continuous analysis to ensure the services fulfills service levels, KPIs and compliance requirements.
Life cycle management of services delivered from the platform.
Besides this you will drive continuous improvements of services and processes.
Responsible for the description and marketing of your services in various contexts.

Core skills:

An academic degree: MSc, MBA or equivalent.
Experience in service management, product management or system management, combined with a deep understanding of identity and access management procedures and needs.
Experience and solid business understanding of identity and access management
Experience from agile teams.
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics.
You are analytical and have a solid understanding of IT systems in general and cloud platform in particular
Good leadership skills with the ability to coach high-performing teams.
Good negotiation skills and capability to translate our services into values for our customers.
You are highly motivated and generate energy around you, and for your topics.
You are result-oriented and able to structure tasks, lead activities and establish common goals between several different units in a cross-functional way of working.
You must be able to establish good working relationships and high confidence among your colleagues.
You are comfortable giving presentations internally both to peers and management.


Required Skills

Experience of working with access control for large scale enterprise environments with rule-based assignment of roles and entitlements.
Excellent interpersonal, social and communication skills.
High degree of accountability and integrity.
Attitude of transparency.
Analytical skills on technical evaluations and customer argumentation.
Ability to lead projects independently under deadlines.
Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences, including the ability to explain outcomes and technical service roadblocks in business terms.
Understanding of emerging trends, including knowing the best tools to deliver the insights required.


Ericsson skills

Good understanding of general Business Needs and Process, Financial and Delivery models.
Good understanding of Ericsson product offering.
Good understanding of Ericsson IT strategy.
Excellent understanding of Ericsson software development requirements, tools and processes.

Other skills

You must be fluent in oral and written English.
