Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Technical Product Manager. You will lead the Product Lifecycle in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan. You will collect and maintain requirements. Other parts of your role; will be safeguarding and governing the product Total Cost of Ownership, (TCO) solution design, integrations and architecture in adherence to overarching principles and frameworks. Also has knowledge about Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Microservices Architecture. Good understanding about manufacturing portfolio, IT solutions landscape and has domain architectural experience.
You will:
• Define product strategy, roadmap and optimize product TCO
• Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development
• Work with business on optimizing application landscape
• Administer functional and non-functional requirements
• Safeguard the product design, integrations and architecture
• Document and maintain product information
To be successful in the role you must have:
• A university degree (BTech, MTech or MSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunication or equivalent
• Minimum years of experience : 15+ Years
• Extensive knowledge of architecting, designing & developing, implementing and operating IT solutions for manufacturing domain supporting NPI and volume manufacturing
• Good knowledge about Industrial engineering, automation and analytics, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0
• Very good knowledge of business processes used in Manufacturing domain including planning, production, testing, logistics, repairs
• Ability to build & execute roadmaps for Manufacturing IT Solutions in alignment with Supply and IT Groups strategies and priorities
• Ability to achieve cost, quality, delivery expectations for the IT solutions
Additional Requirements:
• Experience in handling Stakeholder like Vendor partners, Business and IT
• Experience and understanding of Agile framework
• Flexible, positive and a self-starter with ongoing hardworking interest to learn new skills
• Negotiation and argumentation Skills
