This is a great opportunity to join the Inclusion & Diversity team as a Strategy Lead for the People focus area. The goal is to continue building the perception of H&M Group as frontrunner within I&D (also known as DE&I) in our industry.

About the role
As our I&D Strategy Lead for People your role involves integrating diversity and inclusion into HR processes and company culture to create an equitable and welcoming work environment. With your expertise you will influence and infuse I&D into policies and people processes based on the H&M Inclusion & Diversity strategy. You will work closely with both different HR functions and other departments within different brands at H&M Group globally as well as external partners. You will report to Head of Inclusion & Diversity.
Main responsibilities:
Overall HR Process Improvement: Reviewing HR processes to identify and eliminate bias, ensuring fairness in areas like hiring, performance evaluations, and promotions.
Policy Development Support with People Relations COE (Community of Expertise): Creating and implementing diversity and inclusion policies and ensuring they align with the company's values and legal requirements.
Training and Education Support with Learning and Development COE: Developing training programs to promote awareness, educate employees, and facilitate cultural competence.
Recruitment Support with Talent Acquisition COE: Ensuring diverse and inclusive recruitment practices, including strategies for reaching underrepresented talent pools.
Data Analysis Support with People Analytics COE: Collecting and analyzing data on workforce diversity, pay equity, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making.
Compliance: Ensuring the organization adheres to diversity and inclusion-related laws and regulations.
Measuring Impact: Developing KPIs and metrics to gauge the effectiveness of DE&I HR efforts and making adjustments as needed.

We also see that you have:
Relevant educational background with extensive working experience in HR; in-depth understanding of all areas of HR including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, rewards and benefits, employee relations & training and development.
A genuine interest in Inclusion, Diversity & Sustainability and the connection to our business. Your people development centric, constantly seeking ways to improve.
Strong project leader skills such as setting strategy, planning, collaboration, execution and follow-up.
Experience in writing policies and proficient in corporate communications.
Well balance between strategic way of working and day-to-day operational matters with a proactive approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to turn complex situations into comprehensible solutions.
Resilient and versatile, quick in setting and adjusting priorities, able to adapt to changing situations.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
