Location: Malmö, with expected travel demands of 10-20%

ASSA ABLOY offers an opportunity for an experienced Manager for Identity Governance and Administration, who would act as a key driver for our global identity processes, IT access management services and Information Security’s ISMS compliance in ASSA ABLOY Group. The role will greatly contribute ASSA ABLOY’s journey into Zero Trust Architecture, Information protection and operation automation.

What will you do as our Information Security – Identity and Access Governance

Within this newly created role in an expanding Team of Thomas Zimmerman, our Group Chief Information Security Officer, you will be supporting Assa Abloy’s Security Identity and Access Control journey, implementing technology solutions from scratch, acting as a trusted advisor to our internal stakeholders globally and having a real impact on shaping on Enterprise landscape!

Responsibilities include:
Lead IGA roadmap into the future for ASSA ABLOY Group.
Align with Business, HR and IT to establish cross functional processes for ASSA ABLOY.
Drive the change with designing, iImplementing and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration processes within ASSA ABLOY Group.
Establish role-based access models under the principle of “least privilege” and “need to know” at enterprise level.
Monitor IGA processes, including applications and systems, and resolve or escalate issues.
Establish monitoring and facilitate assessments, audits and certification activities for IGA compliance controls.
Establish IGA reporting with business relevant KPIs and KRIs.



What are we looking for?

Experience in understanding organizational structures and business requirements for the creation and implementation of effective IGA processes globally are the key for success in this role. The mix of strategic and operational duties for the implementation of IGA processes, people and tools ensures an interesting role.

A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field would be beneficial,
Several years of professional experience in the areas of Identity Governance and Administration,
Knowledge of Microsoft AD and AZURE AD Identity and Access Management Services and compliance monitoring capabilities,
Knowledge of Business role and access modeling in enterprise organizations,
Proven experience with IGA service solutions like OKTA, Sailpoint, OneIdentity, Omada or equal in enterprise environment.
Knowledge of Identity provider services and integrations from Google, Apple, Meta and others
Ability to design, develop and deploy IGA processes within both on-premise and cloud-based environments for enterprise, B2B and B2C
Knowledge in Information Security control frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST) and regulatory compliance demands (e.g. GDPR, NIS) certification is a plus.
Committed and creative personality with hands-on mentality
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish would be an asset
Engaged and self-motivated personality
