Your role

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. Acts as a mentor to less experienced Business Systems Analysts and monitors them in software development methods, process, and implementation. Role typically requires 8 to 12 years of experience.

Set within Surveillance Operation Excellence organization, the ERP core team maintenances and develops of the current IFS installation at Surveillance. They are also lead on the implementation of an upgraded version of IFS, with all the new technology presented by IFS. The team works closely to Saab central ERP support organization and external suppliers to coordinate and prioritize all work.



Your profile

Our Surveillance ERP team is looking for an ERP Architect to help design and guide our current and future ERP solutions in accordance with good practice, compliance regulations and business requirements. The Architect needs to be able to make decisions regarding solutions based on what is best in total, weighing all input.

With a growing focus on internationalization and working across countries and regulations there will also be involvement in designing solutions that enables our colleagues to work together globally.

Required skills

* Broad and deep knowledge of ERP/IFS Applications
* Good knowledge and understanding of business and business processes
* Feel confident to take the overall solution responsibility of an ERP solution
* Proven experience implementing IFS Applications
* Strong communication skills, both writing and speaking
* Have 10+ years of IFS experience in Company practice
* Understanding of compliance like EN9100, ISO27001 and IPC

Desired skills

* Technical skills and deeper technical knowledge of the IFS Applications product.
* Experience with the new IFS Aurena client
* IFS custom configuration skills
* Experience from databases, PL/SQL, O-Data, HTML5 and IFS Restful APIs
* General and broad technical knowledge and interest
* Experience in large, complex industries

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
