We are seeking a talented and experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Process Expert to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and security of our organization's identity systems.

The role of IGA Process Expert

As an IGA Process Expert at Epical, you will be responsible for documenting and architecting IGA processes for our clients. This includes working with Identity Lifecycle Management, Access recertification, Role governance processes, Entitlement management processes, and Entitlement & role modeling.

You will have experience in gathering business and IT-related requirements to help support process building, defining, and implementing process controls, and understanding typical compliance requirements from an IGA perspective. Our technical focus is on NetIQ Identity manager, Saviynt and SailPoint. If you are experienced in any of these products, it’s a huge plus, but is not crucial.

In the role of IGA Process Expert, you'll seamlessly bring two worlds together, IT and business strategy. You are able to translate complex technical requirements into layman terms. You’ll gather requirements, build and control processes around an implemented IGA solution, and make sure our clients are doing the right things.

Your qualifications

- Proven experience in documenting and architecting IGA processes, with a minimum of a couple of years in a similar role as mentioned in the role description

- In-depth knowledge of IAM/IGA-related processes and solutions

- Proven experience in gathering business and IT related requirements, to help support process building

- Understanding typical compliance requirements from an IGA perspective

- Experience working with IT Service Management processes and solutions is of great advantage
