Job description: IKANO is looking for ambitious candidates for their Young Potentials Programme who will contribute to their business all over the world.They seek candidates who have a strong desire to grow and to see IKANO grow - young professionals who share the same core values and understand their customers' expectations.They are welcoming ambitious and talented, newly graduated students to their new program for young potentials.You will be located at Your local office and will be offered courses, seminaries and hands on experience within all five business areas.Further more, You will be offered introduction, training and own areas of responsibilities within marketing and sales, finance and risk and leadership.The goal after finishing program is to become the one of the next generation leaders at IKANO somewhere in the world. During Your time on the program You will have both a central mentor and a local one. Qualifications: You have a bachelor degree in business administration and economics or a master of engineering or another equivalent academically background for the position.It is an advantage if You have experience from student union, summer jobs or other relevant experiences for this position.Of course You have excellent skills in English, both written and oral are required.Depending on which local office You will be located at You must be fluent in that local language. To be able to handle this position it is very important that You work autonomously and have excellent co-operational skills.You have a talent to lead, motivate and to provide others with the authority required to effectively attain common goals.You think strategically and have an open-minded approach to issues.Furthermore, for this position You need to be creative with ideas and new ways of tackling work-related issues.
