IKEA FAMILY Specialist

We are looking for an IKEA FAMILY Specialist! You will be part of the IKEA FAMILY global organisation and contribute to the development of the future IKEA FAMILY within a multichannel IKEA in order to secure maximum business contribution. Your tasks will be to coach IKEA Group markets in their local implementation and execution of the IKEA FAMILY programme. You will define coaching tools required to effectively support smooth and optimal market implementation.

Your assignment includes but is not limited to:
? Supporting and coaching the countries to best implement and execute digital direct communication within IKEA FAMILY in such a way that the new capabilities maximize business contribution in all markets.
? Ensure the measurement of local CRM practices connected to IKEA FAMILY and the performance of the IKEA FAMILY Program and Rewards and Benefits are in place and that they are consistently offered across local markets.
? Using market knowledge and experience to engage in and contribute to developing the uniqueness of the IKEA FAMILY club through strong and unique benefits and new ways to engage for the members.
? Identify best practices, package them into global solutions and ensure implementation locally while raising the base and closing the gap between countries on the program dimension.

Is this the next challenge for you?
You have experience of working in a country running the IKEA FAMILY program or as a CRM specialist in a marketing team of an IKEA market that is in the forefront of implementation of IKEA FAMILY. Your experience should include implementation, running and follow-up of advanced segmented and relevant digital direct communication. As a person you have strong drive and proven marketing, analytical, structural and time management skills. You also have strong coaching, networking, communication and presentation skills. Furthermore you have the ability to deliver both on a strategic and operational level. You are fluent in both spoken and written English.

You have a clear understanding of and a passion for IKEA values and principles. You have the ability to drive change and you are determined and confident as a person. You are business minded and customer oriented in everything you do and can work independent but also love to work together in teams. Your leadership profile is strong as you will have broad contact with many different people in many different markets.

The position will require extensive travelling to local markets. You will report to Åsa Kajrup and be part of the global IKEA FAMILY team.
