As an IKEA employee, you will take part of development programmes within areas of Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Property, with challenging goals while working with some of the most experienced experts in the market.

You have strong capability to deliver to promise, by tactical and operational ability and constructive in changing situations.

As a Project Manager you have?
A proven track record of leadership capabilities with at least 5 years of experience with driving complex processes across Projects in the organization.

Ideally you have experience from Retail and/or Supply chain with IT related development.

Strong communication skills with the customer and the business in focus.

Strong capability to deliver to promise, by tactical and operational ability and constructive in changing situations.
