IKEA TRAINEE - Enterprise Architecture

Right now, we are looking for driven and talented people who will join us for a 6-month trainee program with the purpose of becoming our future stars in Enterprise Architecture in IKEA. You’ll have a dedicated mentor that will guide you through the assignment and the organisation, and one of our main goals is that you’ll learn a lot, but also that you will come with valuable insights that we can use to make IKEA better! The assignment is located in southern part of Sweden or in Delft, Netherlands.

In this exciting trainee assignment Enterprise Architecture, you will support architecture ways of working through:

- Guidance, and creation of training materials around our use of Confluence, Jira, iServer (Architecture internal modelling tooling) and iAssess (Architecture internal tooling of managing assessments

- Assisting Architecture Scrums to define future direction (Framing) for topics like SaaS Strategy, Data Mesh Strategy, Cloud Native DevSecOps and Business Capability Model and capability uplifts

- Assisting with our Architecture Communication Strategy, closely cooperating with the communication team to share our great work with the wider community, stakeholders, and generally interested co-workers
