Launch Support & Management (LSM) is responsible for launching the Sony Ericsson customer portfolios by testing, approving and configuring the phones developed by the various development units world wide.Global Product Configuration (GPC) is part of LSM, and is responsible for the customization and configuration of the customer portfolio of phones.This includes customization planning (Sony Ericsson customization strategy and customer offering), development of user guides and box, and configuring & executing the phone kits for manufacturing and distribution to operators and retail.We are today 120 people in Lund, Kista, RTP (NC, US) and Beijing, and we are now recruiting managers and employees to join us in the exciting challenge of supporting the Sony Ericsson business with excellent planning, customer-driven development of user guides and box, and efficient execution of the customization. As an Illustrator, you will be working in a global team, responsible for delivering user documentation, product information and packaging for mobile phones.You will be a part of the project organization, creating illustrations mainly for user guides and packaging.You will participate in development of new solutions within your area.Your interfaces will be both internally and externally world wide. You need to have experience of working with pedagogic illustrations for consumer products.Furthermore it is an advantage if you have experince with animated illustrations.Knowledge of Adobe software as Illustrator and photoshop is a requirement.You should be able to work independently on your own and function well in teams.The post requires a good command of English.
