The IM Area Manager Sweden is responsible for leading the Swedish IM team, ensuring the effective delivery and development of IM services including local and global infrastructure, collaboration, MPS, ERP and selection tool services in accordance with business needs and Fläkt Woods Group IM guidelines.

The IM Manager role will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Delivery of IM services according to defined service level agreements
- Managing and developing infrastructure and development teams totalling 11 persons
- Overseeing/managing IM projects run out of Sweden (both Group and local projects), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Active participation in the Corporate IM Management Team
- Preparing and driving short and long term IM Plans and budgets
- Stakeholder management(including sales entities, key customers, suppliers and both internal and external service providers)and IM contract management
- Participate and contribute as a member of the Swedish ACS Management team

- Continuous improvement of IM services, including the translation of business requirements into technology solutions

- Providing relevant and sufficient training and instructions to end users
- Contributing to the fulfilment of corporate IM visions and goals

The position is based in Jönköping, reporting to the Divisional IM Manager with a dotted line to the Swedish Managing Director.

Profile

Qualifications and experience required:

- Has a university degree (engineer, systems analyst or equivalent)

- Has a minimum of 5-years of experience of IM management from a medium/large-sized industrial manufacturing environment

- Has experience from leading and developing an organisation of more than 5 people
- Has a proven track record of stakeholder management
- Has a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Has excellent written and spoken Swedish and English

Personal qualities:

- Is a “doer” and is accustomed to working hands-on
- Has strong, communication, social and leadership skills
- Is detail-orientated whilst maintaining focus on long-term goals
- Feels as comfortable in discussing business issues as he/she is in solving systems-related challenges and project management.

Experience in the following areas is preferred:

- Industrial automation
- MS AX Dynamics (2012)
- MS development environments (Biztalk, SQL, TFS, .Net & Visual Studio)
- MS operating systems

The job will include limited travelling, less than 50 days mainly in Sweden and occasionally Europe.
