We are now looking for Immigration Consultant for International Assignment Services team to join our growing Global Mobility practice in Nordics.
In the role of Immigration Consultant, you will work with both coordinating and administrative work tasks and support International Assignment Services team (shared Services India) in their work. You will be in contact with management, employees, the Swedish Migration Agency, and other administrative authorities. Your working language will be both Swedish and English.
The role includes:
- Managing and providing guidance to the team
- Obtain information and prepare work permit applications both new permits and renewals
- Provide basic advice regarding immigration issues
- Verify outcomes of applications and seek clarifications on ongoing cases with the Swedish Migration Agency
- Management reporting and maintain KPI’s
- Vendor management & Invoicing
- Continuously working with improvements of the operational processes
- Have relations with the migration board and connects with them for all work permit categories including asylum permits etc.
- Knowledge on Nordics outbound immigration, social security and taxation is required.
- Should understand the Swedish tax system and should have basic knowledge on taxes and payroll for the Nordics.
- Knowledge on MS office is a must. Advanced excel is added advantage
- Coordinating with host countries within the Capgemini Mobility teams
- Advises Business on immigration positions, compliance & risks, supports deal reviews and RFPs from an immigration and deployment perspective
