The Role
Working as part of the European immigration team, you are meticulous and organised in your work with a proactive and solution-based approach to every component of our client’s immigration needs.
As a member of the team, you will collaborate globally between our hubs and partner network in the delivery of our services. In your role and areas of responsibility you demonstrate commercial awareness and work in line and towards K2’s vision and goals of service excellence.
The role will share the ownership and accountability of assigned client accounts with the appointed account manager in areas of compliance and advisory.
You will liaise closely with the K2 mobility teams, proactively planning and managing international relocations in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. Hybrid working applies after successful completion of probation, minimum two days based in our Malmö office as needed to perform the role and build relationships which is an integral part of the K2 culture within the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Initiate, manage and execute (when applicable) all immigration services
• This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Consular Document Services
- Consular Visa Services
- Work & Residence permit coordination globally
- Local registrations
• Provide clear, consistent and concise information to the HR/Employee and propose the best options for their situation ensuring legal compliance is maintained
• Conduct extensive case and regulation-based research where necessary
• Maintain up to date knowledge in all locations you are actively working on
• Assume responsibility and accountability ensuring all services are delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with company policies and guidelines
• Meticulously follow up on all cases until completion to include ongoing tracking and audit requirements
• Ensure all files are set up in accordance with K2 policy
• Update internal operation systems where all information is recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate suppliers and vendors involved in service delivery and provide feedback to your line manager for their service reviews
• High level of service delivery, at every client touch point, generating enthusiastically satisfied clients

Experience: Skills /Abilities & Knowledge
Essential
• Experience assisting with work and residence permit applications
• Knowledge and experience of legal research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fully proficient in English
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data management
• Proven ability to manage and complete complex tasks to a high level of accuracy and under pressure
• Proven ability of analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and in a timely manner
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook)

Advantegeous
• Proficiency in Swedish
• Additional language skills
