Impact Customer Relationship Manager to ARCH Nordic

Do you have experience of working as a CRM (or similar role) and have knowledge of impact capital investment?
We are looking for an Impact Customer Relationship Manager for our foundation business. The assignment will start from December 1, 2020, with a scope of permanent employment. You will be positioned in Stockholm, Sweden.

In this position, you will have ownership of the customer database and will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with Nordic as well as European Foundations. You will comprehend and materialize training and support needs in the long and short term.

About you
· 1-2 years of experience in sales of advanced services/products is meritorious, but not required.
· Good understanding and experience of customer relations.


· Strong analytical skills, digital fluency and handle large amounts of data on Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong project management skills.
· Excellent communication skills and willingness to share ideas to influence business strategy.
· Open-mindedness and a positive attitude at work.
· Willingness to accept flexible working hours.
· Fluency in English (Verbal and Written).
· Higher education in business management or similar fields is needed.

Employment
