Implementation and Support Manager

The role & the team:
As Implementation and Support Manger, you will work in the Services team to make sure that Mitigram's clients are on-boarded to our platform and supported throughout the day-to-day usage.
You will work with experienced trade finance teams to understand client needs and convert that to needed configuration and customization on the Mitigram SaaS platform. You will also be a part of the daily support of clients' questions and issues creating long term customer satisfaction. Internally, you will collaborate with both our commercial team parts of our technical team to deliver the best experience for the customer. This hybrid position requires on-site work at our Stockholm office a minimum of three times a week.
What you will do
Customer onboarding
Manage customer implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Configure and customize systems to meet client needs.
Develop and deliver training sessions to clients.
Create documentation for system configurations and client-specific customizations.

Application support
Provide frontline support to clients, addressing and resolving application issues
Develop FAQs
Client communication

What you should have to be successful in the role
Experience/knowledge in financial software and trade finance.
Minimum 5 years of prior experience from working with finance, support, or software.
Experience/knowledge of technology solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Experienced from project management methodologies and tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
