Arbetsbeskrivning
Working as part of a team and individually, you will be responsible for the development and the implementation of our Service Assurance suite. The individual will possess strong technical skills and be capable of proactively working on projects without requiring constant supervision by the team leader.
Responsibilities & Duties
Development of software adaptors/drivers per customers’ requirements and Telecom designs.
Install, configure and train the project teams with the customized solution package
Support the testing teams internally and onsite
Support and guide the customer remotely and onsite
Technically support Pre-sale and demo activities
Technical Requirements
Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or Electronic Engineering)
Scripting capabilities such as (Pytin, Kshel…). Desirable Technical Qualities
Experience with Unix and SQL - an advantage
Experience with Delivery groups and/or Telecom knowledge - an advantage
Very high command of English – both written and verbal
Presentation/training skills
Energetic, flexible, team player, able to use own initiative and take the lead when needed
Have an aptitude to learning
Be comfortable with working to tight deadlines
Be able to demonstrate a methodical and consistent approach to their work
Be able to ‘Multi-task’ Specific
