Implementation Lead

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Implementation Lead who is experienced in rolling out different feedback programs along the consumer journey (For example Customer Care feedback program) and leading the technical integration of data sources into the feedback platform.

What you'll do:
● Assist the data conversion team in planning a data migration strategy, as well as coordinating with the customer and Data Conversion Team to review the converted data.
● Provide customer support until the implementation has been completed and the customer is transitioned to the Customer Support Team.
● Perform and lead the setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances to ensure proper functionality.
● Help in rolling out different feedback programs along the consumer journey (For example Customer Care feedback program) and lead the technical integration of data sources into the feedback platform.
● Report and escalate issues to the Project Manager or supervisor as needed and maintain a constant review of tasks and statuses.
