Assignment Description:
We are looking for an Implementation Lead who is experienced in working with ITSM tools in general and Service Now, Mobile Network Operations, IT Security operation.

What you'll do:
● Manage requirements from the internal customers and drive the implementation of solutions to new internal customers in cooperation with the supplier.
● Provide customer support until the implementation has been completed and the customer is transitioned to the Customer Support Team.
● Perform and lead the setup, configuration, and testing of customer instances to ensure proper functionality.
● Help in rolling out different feedback programs along the consumer journey (For example Customer Care feedback program) and lead the technical integration of data sources into the feedback platform.
● Report and escalate issues to the Project Manager or supervisor as needed and maintain a constant review of tasks and statuses.
Who you are:
● Have experience from Cloud based Call Center Solutions i.e., Five9 and understand IP Networks and of VOIP.
● Strong interpersonal skills and core values including a positive attitude, balance, creativity, determination, and teamwork.
● Excellent communication, teamwork skills, inter-personal and Organizational skills.
● Provide input and recommendations for improvements to internal processes to provide efficiency and effectiveness.
● Experience from working with ITSM tools in general and Service Now, Mobile Network Operations, IT Security operation.
