We are now looking for an Implementation Project Leader for the roll-out enablement in the exciting journey of building a new One IKEA supply chain for food. As Project Leader you have an instrumental role in implementing and driving organizational readiness and business capability readiness. You will be the link between the PMO / Program Manager and the local business teams when it comes to enablement factors of going live in each country. 

You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders across the full value chain - in retail (Ingka), Inter IKEA wholesaler (ISAG), Inter IKEA Food wholesaler (IFSAG), Supply Chain Operations (SCO), Business Area Food (range) to Category Area Food (purchasing). 

The One Supply Chain program is divided into two major deliverables:
Initial consolidation of range, supplier base and logistics to secure quality, compliance and enable affordability. The food range is subject for change in finding the optimal split between global, regional and market specific range. Transfer of supplier contracts and involved co-workers (from Ingka to IFSAG / Inter IKEA). Associated with this there is a need to establish and adopt new ways of working.
Enable the supply of food to all IKEA stores globally, with products and setup as per range & supply wished position for food. Thereby optimize processes and IT-support to handle increased volumes/revenue. In connection to this there are process- and IT enablement projects, reporting to the overall programme structure. Such enablement is yet in an early phase including a pilot at a selected market. Global scale-up being the long-term objective.

To be successful  in the One Supply Chain program you have strong ability to enable change, motivate and inspire people. You act as role model for collaboration, togetherness, change management and fact-based business leadership. You can handle complexity and solve problems with several dimensions. 
You have high integrity and the ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organizations, based on trust.  You have experience from activity driven roles with roll-out schedule and intense planning in a global business environment. You are ready to work both individually and together with a team You embrace this global working environment and everything that comes with it.

We believe that our best candidate has a university degree within logistics, economics, business administration and work experience in supply chain management or roll-out projects where circumstances might differ in each local market. 

You are excellent in trustful relationships, presentation, and communication, have strong negotiation skills and wide experience in change management as well as project management methods and tools. You have ability to prioritize, execute and escalate. Good English language skills with the ability to cater to non-native audiences and a strategic mind that allows you to break down complex information, organize it, and present it in a clear and engaging way 

You will report to the Business Navigation Manager in Category Area Food where we have a combination of financial roles, process developer and project managers.
