Scania Connected Services and Solutions aim is to develop, implement and sell services and packaged solutions as well as to leverage the benefits of connectivity within all parts of Scania.
 
You are the Implementation Manager that will help us reach our goals by implementing new services in the global Scania network. No matter how smart services we develop, if we do not manage to commercialize, implement and sell them we won’t be successful. Your contribution is the key to our success!
 
Your duties
You are the Implementation Manager leading the service implementations and commercial pilots together with our business units and customers. This includes hands-on support in set-up, training and sales of our services. In order to drive successful implementations, you work in close dialogue with the business units to follow up on the projects and you are expected to visit markets on a regular basis. You are also a valuable receiver of market input to transfer to and influence concept and business development.
 
Your profile and experiences
We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You have a commercial mind-set and demonstrate the ability to learn quickly. With good communication skills, you are the one introducing the services and assuring a successful market implementation from start to closure. Experience from sales, working with market companies/distributors and change management will be highly valued.
 
You have an academic background and project management skills. We also think you enjoy working in an international environment.
 
The ideal candidate is a driven person with social skills but also structured and process oriented. Being curious about new technologies and our customers business are highly regarded characteristics.
