Commercial Operations has made a commitment to invest heavily into Microsoft D365 as our commodity platform supporting our network. At the Dynamics Platform team, we are responsible for developing and implementing D365 Finance & Operation in our business units within Commercial Operations.
In the Dynamics Platform team, we are now looking for an Implementation Manager to strengthen our team.
You will be leading a squad of Technical and Application Specialists responsible for implementing D365 Finance & Operation, including related ISVs with our business units. Your main objective is to Implement the Applications according to plan and to support the business units during implementation. Furthermore, you will contribute to continuously improving the implementation methods and processes.
We are looking for an expert professional with an understanding of the centrally managed process requirements, who can analyze the individual local requirements of each market and bridge these with what the Dynamics platform has to offer.
Your Tasks
Your main tasks will include following but not limited to:
• Overall responsibility from the central organisation towards the business units, for the whole implementation project, i.e. from first point of contact via feasibility study and implementation execution until project closure
• Prepare individual business units according to the order of priority
• Understand the market organisation and any specific requirements on configuration
• Do planning and follow up of implementation activities and internal coordination
• Holds implementation plan for each market and responsible for informing and reporting the plan to concerned stakeholders and forums
• Hold meetings/pulses with business units to achieve the implementation on time according to priority and delivery dates
• Act/work operatively with business units, in the markets with configuration, migration, user access, training & preparation of the Super Users for the implementation
• Escalate resources need to D365 Program Manager, if deemed necessary for the decided implementation plan to be followed

Your Profile
We believe that you have a degree in finance, business administration, or IT from a university or corresponding work experience. Background from the automotive industry and finance is required along with project and/or line management competence.
To succeed in the role, you need good leadership and social skills together with a strong customer focus. You are motivated, able to take own initiatives as well as being a team player. Communication and presentation skills are very important. You are structured, able to work at a high pace and willing to travel when necessary. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is required.
Ideally, you have:
• Relevant work experience with finance processes
• Experience with using the D365 F&O platform
• Knowledge of bank payment processing systems (preferably SK Global)
• A strong knowledge and experience working with AP processes
• Experience in implementing and deploying solution for invoice receiving, sending and archiving in countries in and outside of Europe
• A strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex international business needs
• An ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
• Knowledge of how the procurement processes impacts the area of invoice and payment processing
