We are looking for Implementation Managers for the implementation of a brand new process together with our Client. The Implementation Managers role is a part of the Customer Service Process department of our Client in Gothenburg. The main function of this position is to give the dealers of our Client the best possible support during their implementation, by coaching and training the dealers to change the process and organization to the process of our Client.
Responsibility
• Create an implementation time plan.
• Train the teams in new working methods and coach them to act accordingly.
• Train the teams in how they should measure their performance by using KPI’s and act on the result.
• Create an action plan.
• Certify.
• Summon steering group meetings and create an agenda and meeting minutes.

• Experience of automotive mechanics.

Skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
