Implementation Manager E-Mobility

Implementation Manager E-Mobility

Arbetsbeskrivning

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

In the future, every transport can be electric. And for a more sustainable world, many of them will have to be. Today, we can already see a fair amount of hybrid or fully electric buses in our cities, transporting people sustainably. We can also see refuse collectors operating silently in urban or residential areas. But goods transport is catching up. Not only in urban transport but in regional as well. And with long-haul capable trucks just around the corner.

In fact, electrification is happening so fast that we estimate that 10% of our vehicle sales will be electric by 2025 – and a staggering 50% by the end of this decade.

Are you interested in starting an exciting journey in helping Scania's global presales departments and their sales forces to be more competitive?

KJI Presales & Sales Implementation at Scania Sales & Marketing is a department with the mission to implement and secure that everything we develop within pre-sales and sales is used in an intended way, reaching out all the way to our global end users. Today our group consists of thirteen people and we are now looking for a new colleague with a clear focus on E-Mobility tools and methods within both the presales and sales areas.

Work description
In the role of Implementation Manager, you will lead assignments to implement Sales Portal and its integrated tools across the Scania world. That includes setting up the system according to local market needs while being the link back to our central IT department which is a natural part of the assignments. Over time you will coach the markets to use the system according to our sales process, utilizing the powerful tools to configure and optimize offerings that end up on customer proposals.

You will coordinate your implementation assignments with central Pre-Sales & Sales support functions, systems development, and market introduction projects. We work in an agile environment, very much focusing on the needs set by the exciting e-mobility journey we are on, and the possibilities a data-driven approach to development and improvement gives.

All in all, you will both need to have the overall view and understanding of our sales functions as well as be the expert on the details.

This position provides a great opportunity to get in contact with many different parts of the Scania organisation. As the users are positioned all over the world, you will have frequent international contacts and the possibility to travel.
