Connectivity is an exciting and dynamic journey where Scania is a well-known company in the automotive industry. The aim of Connected Services and Solutions is to develop, implement and sell services and packaged solutions as well as to leverage the benefits of connectivity within all parts of Scania. The department is on an enthusiastic journey in a still unexplored area for many companies.
 
Our department Fleet and Driver Services is responsible to connect Scania’s products and we are commercially responsible for our services, currently; Scania Fleet Management, Scania Tachograph Services, Scania Driver Training & Driver Coaching and Ecolution by Scania. In this sense, the Implementations department is responsible for the implementation of these services in the different markets, following our global standards with a commercial and profitable approach.
 
We have a challenging and exciting time ahead of us expanding the business of current services as well as developing and launching new services.

Then Implementation Manager is the right job for you!
 
Your role will be to run implementation projects of Fleet and Driver Services on the market, making sure the markets are prepared both technically and for business. Profitability and growing volumes are key words.
 
Working closely with the market during an implementation project and presence on the market will be needed. Right now the main focus is on Driver Services and Ecolution together with other new services that we are starting up in coming months.
 
You will be working according to the Scania implementation process and the global standards, with the aim of continuous improvements to influence it positively for Scania. Reaching the goals is important and you are expected to run your own projects – of course with the support you need from the rest of the team. The job will require a close cooperation mainly with the Product and Area Managers within Fleet and Driver Services.
 
You will give constructive feedback and cooperate in the analysis and improvements of the products and services during the implementation phase, business cases, product development, KPI´s, customer value, etc.
 
Your profile
We are looking for a person with a university degree. Good communication and presentations skills are required. An entrepreneurial and result oriented mind-set is needed.

You have a clear business and commercial focus and you are able to base your decisions on an in-depth understanding of the overall corporate strategy, as well as your own workload in a high performing environment, where priorities may change rapidly.
 
You are proactive, motivated and driven by solving problems in a customer oriented way and in cooperation with your colleagues. To work with Fleet and Driver Services in particular, and Connected Services in general, is something you are passionate about or would like to develop in your career.
 
You are fluent in written and spoken English, additional  language skills as well as experience from working at/or with distributors, dealers or customers, are favourable.
