Assignment Description:
e are looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Collaborate with the Team Lead and Project Lead to facilitate the introduction of SDV (Self-Directed Care) at Private Caregivers.
Provide support for rollout management and the project team, offering project management assistance before, during, and after the SDV rollout.
Assist in preparing the digital care environment and assisting recipient organizations in the transition.
Serve as an accessible and open channel for inquiries and dialogues related to the SDV rollout.
Contribute the perspective of the SDV program in discussions and planning with recipient organizations.
Assist in ensuring that the rollout project within recipient organizations is well-planned and has the necessary conditions for success.
Be available to recipient organizations for inquiries and discussions related to SDV planning and implementation.
Ensure that identified activities, required in recipient organizations and their operations, are planned and executed effectively.
Represent the recipient’s viewpoint in discussions, planning, and material production within the SDV program.
Ensure transparency and accessibility of the latest information and documentation regarding the SDV rollout to recipients.
Serve as a contact point between the SDV program and recipient organizations’ rollout projects during and after the start of operations until SDV administration assumes responsibility.
Guarantee that materials from the SDV program are consistent and tailored to recipients’ needs.
