About the job
As an implementation specialist you will develop processes to actively support implementation of new tools/applications into our Sales Companies, leading to the best possible user adoption of new technology, system and/or new way of working. You will support our Product managers to create awareness around our capabilities with everything from how they work to what the future holds based on the roadmap of the different applications. As an implementation specialist you will run webinars and training sessions and support the creation of material needed. You will work together with a variety of teams and resources, such as product managers, content creator, development teams and internal communications, to ensure that the implementation goes as smoothly as possible.
Key tasks would be:
* Develop processes to actively support implementation of new tools/applications.
* Establish and drive communities of local implementation specialists/super users to facilitate implementation.
* Continuously drive best practices, identify, and collect demand of improvements of systems and tools to be handover demand to Product Managers & Product Owners.
* Run webinars and trainings sessions both face to face and virtually.
Who you are
To succeed in this role, you are excellent in relationship development, you are a driven and enthusiastic person who is a natural communicator with an eye for detail. You believe that transparent and constructive communication is the key to success, and you are a strong networker that quickly builds and develops new relations. You have excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills. You are comfortable with working in a global, cross-functional setting.
What you know
* You have extensive experience to build and maintain large networks globally.
* You have experience in global projects where digital capabilities (process + system knowledge) have been lifted and set into play, preferably in an international environment.
* You have experience in training co-workers/end users and running trainings by yourself.
* Professional communications skills, written and oral in English is essential. Professional knowledge in any Scandinavian language is an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* The right candidate preferably has experience in agile methodologies, especially Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Practicalities
In this position you would belong to our Service & Digital Services Value stream and can be based in our offices in Lund-Sweden, Soborg-Denmar, Krakow-Poland or Madrid-Spain.
