As an Implementation Specialist at Platform24, you will assist our customers in describing their current work processes and the future work processes enabled by our solutions. Being a part of our Professional Services team, you will play an important role in making sure that our customers have the necessary knowledge and tools to get maximum value from using our products.
Through a close customer dialogue and a good understanding of the customer’s business, you will earn customers’ trust and become their champion on who they will rely deeply.
More specifically, you will:
- Deliver training to customers (directly to end-users or via train-the-trainer model).
- Develop training and transformation concepts/packages to support product utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in implementation projects with a focus on the end-user- and ways of working-perspective.
- Continuously evaluate our training methods and channels and coordinate our superuser network.
To succeed in this role we believe you have:
- Background within Healthcare, preferably through own clinical experience as e.g. nurse or physician.
- An excellent understanding of the Swedish healthcare way of working and culture.
- A solution-oriented, data-driven, and flexible mindset.
- A proactive and eager approach to taking ownership.
- You speak fluently Swedish but have no problem communicating in English as we are an international team.
