We are using ISO 9001/14001 standard as a base.TQM supports the processes within the company with audits, measurement and improvement methods, runs strategic and tactic quality's and environmental issues in order to improve the business. We are now looking for an Improvement methodology expert with experience from manufacturing industry. Main tasks: Drive Black Belt improvement projects Follow up effects of completed improvement projects Support Green Belt projects Contribute in prioritizing of improvement projects Create and maintain guidelines and procedures for an efficient improvement work Conduct Business Case for improvement projects Educate in improvement methodology Competence requirements: Academic education Educated in Six Sigma (preferably certified Black Belt) Statistical knowledge Analytic competence Pedagogic skills Language skills, Swedish and English, fluently in writing and speaking
