We are looking for structured and highly motivated Control Tower driver/analysts, with strong ability to interact with unit and initiative stakeholders/drivers across Ericsson. The Group Transformation Office/DTO Control Tower is responsible to support prioritization/planning of transformation in and across units as well as to track/visualize progress & realized value of transformations being executed. We are also working directly with Digital Transformation teams/initiatives, supporting definition, coordination and ensuring tracking of digital capability adoption and value-realization. The role and its responsibilities provide outstanding insights in Ericsson, working closely with transformation/execution vs. strategic direction on a global, cross-functional level – as well as supporting Executive team/group level stakeholders with deep-dives on potential transformation areas.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills & experience and good understanding of change/ transformation in general. The candidate also needs to be highly motivated to dive into new areas/tasks with a proven focus on execution and performance. Since the team works with global OKR and value-tracking, competence and experience of automated dashboard solutions is a plus

The position is based in Sweden, reporting directly to Head of GTO/DTO Control Tower. Other locations may be possible, depending on situation.

What you will do
Support orchestration of group & unit level Transformation planning & prioritization in synchronization with yearly Strategy & Financial planning process
Perform high-qualitative analysis, review and tracking of transformation initiative progress and impact, on group level, across units, strategic areas etc.
Prepare and support transformation governance (e.g. Operational Reviews) on MA/BA/GF levels
Perform deep dives in strategic areas as per request from executive stakeholders
Support identification, prioritization, and coordination of new digital capabilities / Lighthouses in collaboration with business stakeholders
Drive coordination and tracking of Digital Capability progress towards adoption, OKRs and value realization
Continuously define, improve, and maintain Ericsson transformation WoW
Support knowledge sharing/transparency on transformation planning, analysis and value-tracking across transformation/digital transformation communities and lighthouses


You will bring
University degree/MBA in Engineering or Business
Detailed analytical skills & experiences, both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience of driving/executing on change/transformation, especially regarding OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), adoption and business cases/value tracking
Ability to collaborate and interact with all types of partners, from practitioners to executive levels
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and quick to understand new areas
Good understanding of dashboard solutions like Tableau, Power BI and relevant transformation tracking data, e.g., from WAVE, SAP, HC data is a plus
Good knowledge of Ericsson organization, business and ways of working is also a plus
