About this opportunity
Do you have experience in working in creating legal content for a law firm or in-house legal department’s knowledge management program, or in using and implementing legal technologies and data?
We are now seeking a Legal Strategy and Operations Counsel to join our Legal Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to Head of Legal Strategy & Operations.
You will be responsible for building, standardizing, and automating core legal content for our global knowledge management areas, as well as driving the legal support for implementing new legal technologies at Ericsson.
The Improvement & Performance Manager Privacy Compliance reports in the line organization to the Chief Privacy Compliance Officer / Group Data Protection Officer.
The Group Privacy Compliance Office within Group Function (GF) Legal Affairs & Compliance develop and maintain Ericsson’s compliance program. The Group Privacy Compliance Office also support legal and compliance teams in the BA’s, MA’s, GF’s and operational units, which are responsible for supporting and monitoring the execution of the privacy compliance program in all operating units and legal entities within the countries of responsibility.
What you will do

We are now seeking a Legal Strategy and Operations Counsel to join our Legal Strategy & Operations team, reporting directly to Head of Legal Strategy & Operations.
You will be responsible for building, standardizing, and automating core legal content for our global knowledge management areas, as well as driving the legal support for implementing new legal technologies at Ericsson.
Together with our team, drive, optimize and innovate in the design and delivery of digital privacy compliance, data use, and knowledge management methods.
In coordination with GFLA and other specialists, assist in design of global assessments and knowledge assets, and create processes for updating and managing them.
Drive support for implementing new technology systems relating to privacy compliance area,
Ownership of Privacy activities done within the currently used tool for privacy assessments OneTrust, develop, guide and drive the OneTrust Governance Team.
Develop trainings guidance and information to the broad privacy community on the use of OneTrust and different assessments to be made together with the One Trust governance members.
‘coding’ assessments for automation or ‘training’ of machine learning models for assessments.
Stay up-to-date on legal technology trends and investigating new solutions and technologies.
Promote the use of our legal technology solutions to Privacy Compliance team and other stakeholders, and encourage innovative use cases.
Together with our team, initiate and coordinate legal knowledge management projects, systems and trainings.
Support related Legal Strategy & Operations projects as required.
You will bring
University / IT / Law / Information technology / Information Security degree
5 years’ experience within an environment working on regulatory requirements and IT
Practical knowledge of legal knowledge management processes and systems.
Desire to grow and learn about Ericsson, new technologies and ways or working.
Effective project management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
High attention to detail, including working with and analyzing data.
Experience in programming / computer science is a benefit
