BACKGROUND
Quality Gate is a new function aiming to create control of deployments in production with a goal to minimize negative business impact caused by changes in production environment.

IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
As Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for securing the deployment into production, follow up on process maturity, be a part of CAB. Process development for Release and Deploy (R&D) act as Lead Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) for R&D process. Co operate with process and governance office (PGO).

IS THIS YOUR NEXT STEP?
To be successful in your role we believe that you have:
- Deep ITIL/process knowledge.
- Experience of large IT landscape and global organizations.
- Knowledge in Remedy (iDesk) or similar tool.
- Wide holistic technical background

We believe that you have a strong ability to communicate with people at all levels creating trustful relationships, being service oriented comes natural. You have the ability to coordinate and lead activities and shows great leadership capabilities with a drive to make things happen. Structure and planning is your normal way of working where you have the capability to identify opportunities to improve the daily work. Fluent in English.
