About the role

Customer Service today consists of 7 people who, among other things, work with order process management, robot and robotic systems sales, spare parts sales, technical support, production planning, inter-departmental support and much more.
You are responsible for technically clarifying orders in our systems and following them further in the various steps of the process from order to invoicing. This is a coordinating role that involves a lot of cooperation everywhere. You act as a support for our distributors and group companies around the world and help to investigate and arrive at solutions in specific cases. You are also acting as “the spider in the web” for the internal departments and work closely with project management, marketing and production. The tasks also include working with quotation preparation and lead smaller projects internally.

Your profile
We are looking for you who make things happen. You are technically knowledgeable, and you will be described as a “broad section thinker”. Your attitude and ability to quickly take on tasks and new information of various kinds is crucial. Furthermore, it is important that you can listen in and relate to different people and situations. You have a service-oriented and humble approach and think that teamwork is the key to success. You got strong administrative skills and the willingness to engage in this area as well as the technical. With your high level of responsibility you take ownership of all tasks within this varying department.
You have a bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, preferably with a specialization in mechanical, electronic, mechatronic, industrial engineering or similar. You have previously worked in business systems and feel completely comfortable learning new skills and taking on a wide range of related tasks. You must also be able to communicate orally and in writing, primarily in English. It is an advantage if you also speak another language as we work to diversify our customer service department to be able to meet customers in an even better way.
