The main objective of this position is to support the Industry business and through market knowledge and insights to achieve a high customer-experience and customer satisfaction in the Nordics.
This position can either be based at our office in Gothenburg, Sweden, or handled remotely.
Main Accountabilities:
Create and maintain phone relations to optimize customers relationship, satisfaction and retention
Answer to the Web queries, prospects requests, with discovery phase and customer opportunity template creation and liaise with account manager for field follow-up (lead)
Contribute to the customers database update with Sales Force (CRM software) and active installed base (data cleansing)
Manage promotion actions, recalls and sales, by outgoing calls to customers and prospects in full autonomy and provide price offers
Propose how to improve marketing campaigns in your region and increase efficiency
Responsibility for social media execution linked to business activity (LinkedIn, Twitter)
Promote professional exhibitions, Workshops, Web conferences, seminars and boost customers participation rate
Conduct phone and online surveys for market feedback, customer satisfaction surveys (corporate initiatives or linked to local equipment installation) or survey after bioMérieux specific training
Act as an ambassador for bioMerieux towards the clients
Who are you?
Higher scientific education, good knowledge and understanding of Microbiology techniques.
Marketing or Sales background is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English, and Swedish. Its strongly meritorious with other Nordic language skills.
Autonomous
Strong communicator, enthusiast & highly committed to succeed
Proficiency in MS Office
To be suitable, but also to feel comfortable in this position you need to be able to understand Microbiology Workflows. This is important to be able to help and identify the customers needs.
It is preferred if you have a sales background, but even more important is your personality, communication skills, and your ability to adapt and use your knowledge to gain trust.
