We are searching for an “In-Kind Coordinator” for our client in south Sweden.
You will be working with the coordination of in-kind contributions related to engineering and science.
Description of main responsibilities:
Managing all activities relating to the development, implementation, and follow-up of in-kind contributions.
Bridging the in-kind management activities with academics and technical innovation.
Support stakeholder management by liaising with partner institutes, member state ministries and regulatory bodies.
Support in-kind contribution management by setting up and monitoring contractual practices and ensuring that the in-kind framework is adhered to.
Reporting on the status of in-kind to project governance.
Coordinating international institutional cooperation.
Participating and supporting other activities performed by the division.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science / Engineering or similar academic degree.
At least 5 years of experience in a complex (both technical but also organisational) project environment.
Previous experience with in-kind management within scientific projects.
Work experience in an international environment.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
Excellent oral and written English skills.
Desirable:
Masters or PhD degree or other relevant academic degree/experience
Negotiation skills, intellectual property expertise and knowledge of procurement.
Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Ideal candidate:

Has clear understanding of the complexity of in-kind contributions in international projects.
A goal-oriented professional, able to deliver on time with high quality.
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to network, persuade and influence others.
