Do you have experience in Logistics and excellent Excel skills? Then this might be something for you! Our customer Samsung SDS Smart Logistics is currently looking for an Inbound Coordinator to join their team in the Kista office. This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting ASAP with no decided end date.

About the role:

As a member of the inbound team your primary focus is to support the successful processing of inbound product from Europe and the Far East. In the role you will support with the daily administration tasks for the Samsung Sweden operations. In addition this role is required to provide support and analysis to highlight trends and find improved ways of processing large volumes of information.

Key Activities:

• Organize the physical Inbound operations
• Communication with customs broker/LSP
• Proper planning of all deliveries of the Inbound goods to the warehouses
• Communication with the receiving warehouses and slot bookings
• Creation and management of proper Inbound KPI reports
• Contact person for all Inbound LSPs and Carriers in case of questions or irregularities
• Empty container management and timeline management (Equipment free-time monitoring)
• Selecting transport mode under consideration of process excellence and cost efficiency

Your profile:

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a flexible approach and a problem-solver attitude. Someone with a strong hands-on mentality that likes to works in teams but can work independently as well.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree (preferable)
• Relevant work experience with 1-2 years working experience in logistics;
• Good excel skillset (including lookups, pivot tables and some formulas);
• Knowledge of Imports / Inbound operations preferred;
• Eager to learn but also driven to improve current processes;
• Professional communication skills in English. 
• Communication skills in Korean preferred.
• Advantage if you have experience with SAP, ERP and WMS systems.
