Inbound Logistics Administrator

We are growing our inbound logistics team! As our inbound logistics administrator, you will be a part of a team responsible for all the inbound shipments to our warehouse. We have a portfolio of suppliers based mainly in China, Turkey, and India. We are currently operating two warehouses, one in the Netherlands and one in Sweden.

The role is a junior position that includes close collaboration with multiple parties in the supply chain; both external and internal.

Your Future

- Your key responsibility is to make sure that sensitive article and purchase order data are correct, both what is provided to us as well as what we send to our warehouses.
- Work with our suppliers, freight forwarders, and warehouse to ensure that our goods can be sold on time and as planned
- Handle incoming shipment bookings from suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally internally with other parts of operations, procurement, IT, and Finance.
- Develop and deepen our relationship with suppliers, making sure that they are compliant with NA-KD’s demands.


Your Past & Your Skills

- Sufficient excel skills and ability to analyze and work with data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Full proficiency in English is a requirement. Swedish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, positively handle conflict and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great organizational and coordination abilities.
- Positive attitude, humility, and accuracy are characteristics we value highly
- Knowledge of the fast fashion industry, logistics market, and/or bonded warehouses is a plus.
