Inbound Marketing Manager

Main objective

Responsible for creating and optimizing customer journeys and owning the systems that support the journeys. You will report to the MarTech Manager.

In the role as Inbound Marketing Manager, you should hold high standards in your professionality and service level towards Memira management and co-workers as well as focusing on customer- and business focus in all actions.

Who are you?

Positive attitude, solution oriented and have a great team spirit mindset. To match this role you have an analytical and data driven approach for decision making, have great project management skills and the ability to understand the customer's journey, identify important contact areas with associated needs.

You have previous experience working with CRM and MA, holds an academic exam in marketing, media, tech or other applicable education.

This is what you will do

You will optimize conversion of leads to sales and optimize for satisfied and customers and patients by utilize Memira’s CRM, Marketing Automation platform, Phone system, Customer Service and ad hoc campaigns to create, test and continuously improve and personalize the customer journey before customer visit the clinic. You will minimize Customer Service cost and customer loss, by optimizing transactional customer communication.
