Upptec is on an expansion journey, and we are expanding our marketing department as the next step in our upscaling journey. Therefore, we are now looking for a flexible marketer who will build the next generation of our inbound marketing.

The role as Inbound Marketing Manager is largely covered by marketing automation activities and ensuring qualitative lead generation. Your responsibility will be to build strategies that will help building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels.

More examples of what responsibilities you will have in your role as Inbound Marketing Manager:

Produce content and assets with the goal of driving traffic and creating leads.

Create and establish lead generation processes.

Work close to sales and act as a link between the marketing & the sales funnel.

Create and implement advertising and campaign management.

Build the roadmap for marketing automation.

You will develop strategies and work from ideation, creation, and implementation to drive qualified traffic to Upptecs front door!

Who are we looking for?


We are looking for you who is driven and want to take responsibility for your area and at the same time unpretentious and have a good ability to collaborate closely with other functions within the company. You can keep a high pace and still have attention to details. To succeed well in the role, we are happy to see that you have practical experience of lead generation and have worked at a SaaS company before, preferably in B2B towards large enterprises. You are awesome at turning ideas into effective lead projects and secure leads and prospects that can be used by the sales team.

Skills we would like you to bring with you:

- Experience of working with some kind of CRM system, for example HubSpot.
- Experience of working with campaigns and ads; mainly Google Ads, LinkedIn.
- Be able to handle different tools such as: Wordpress/CMS, Analytics and SEO / SEM.
- Experience of working in international companies is an advantage.
- English as a mother tongue is a big plus!
