David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Swedish speaking Inbound Sales Representative for their Barcelona office.
Position: Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
Handle inbound presales enquiries (coming via telephone or email) by giving to customer detailed information on products
Refer non sales /presales enquiries to the right organization
Manage customer/reseller requests on spare parts by checking spare part stocks & availability
Close inbound sales for B2C customers
Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities and pass the lead to the team in charge
Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer enquiries to the right organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
Computer literate with solid IT knowledge
Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
Outstanding communication with ability to emphasize, negotiate and persuade
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
Ability to follow the security rules of the company
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
