Responsibility
As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing necessary information to customers via telephone, email, and system integrations, accepting orders from customers, processing them using a computer program, and coordinating with customers to schedule service appointments.
- Answering customer questions, providing advice, and fulfilling tasks received from customers on incoming calls/emails/system integrations. Additionally, you will work with computers to draft, edit, and process correspondence and other documents, and collaborate with clients to explore their needs and offer the best solutions for our products.
- Receiving and making phone calls/emails/system integrated conversations/updates on behalf of our clients and partners or on behalf of their clients, and performing service requirements for our customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Working in a team to achieve and exceed performance targets, attending specified training to improve skills and knowledge, and participating in administrative or office work duties as needed.
Hours and Benefits
- Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, and long-term contract
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 06:00 to 16:00 (8 hours per day)
- Salary: 19,200 Euros gross/year + up to 1,800 Euros gross/year in bonus
- Ongoing training
- Start date: Immediate
- 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)*
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have
- Native level of Finnish with fluent Swedish. Estonian is a huge plus!
- Minimal education of secondary education and the ability to responsibly and independently carry out customer service specialist duties. Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in using all call center systems and telephony systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team to achieve targets in all areas.

Performance standards for this role will be department specific and based on individual and team targets including the number of calls/emails/system integrated tickets answered, conversion rate, task duration, training attendance, attendance, and quality assurance. Total response time and abandoned rate.
