About this opportunity
Inbound Supply, a Group Supply unit, is accountable for the Design, Management and Control of the Inbound Supply Chain to Manufacturing. It is a strategic asset for competitiveness and includes approx. 150 suppliers and 10000 sourced products. A Supply Chain operated globally, optimizing Supply for our 16 production units around the world.

Inbound Supply is on a journey supporting Group Supply in being a trusted partner securing 5G delivery globally and Switching to Next-Gen Supply & Services. We do this by enabling an industry-leading supply chain for our internal customers through innovative methods in a complex and disruptive business environment.

Trends of growing product portfolio complexity, geopolitics and changing customer requirements impact how Group Supply and Inbound Supply manage our global footprint and supplier base. At the same time, the industry is demonstrating new technologies and tools to digitalize and automate - as part of Industry 4.0. Our 2022 strategy outlines the steps we will take to improve our contribution to Group Supply and Ericsson.

We are now recruiting a hardworking and structured Inbound Supply Manager to secure Short- and long-term material availability in the inbound supply chains between external suppliers, Ericsson Supply Sites and Contract Manufacturing Sites (EMS) ensuring stakeholder fulfilment with R&D, Production Management and Sourcing.

In this role, you will develop and optimize use of time and capital resources, ensuring accurate dimensioning and maintenance of inventories throughout the supply chain. You will also ensure supply by maintaining the operational supplier relationship and handling supplier issues supporting our Business Continuity Planning decisions for high level supply chain resilience. You will be based in Kista and belong to our diverse team of highly qualified professionals.

Supplier capability and capacity management
Supplier performance management
Material management and critical issue handling for global production sites
Buffer dimension and supply chain set up
Ensure continuous high-level supply chain resilience
Risk management and proactive risk mitigation in responsible category
Complete sourcing transaction and agreement
Excess handling and optimize capital resources


You will bring
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (engineering with business attitude, or economics with a genuine technical interest)
Min years of experience: 3~5 years
Significant and relevant experience in supply chain management
Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work and collaborate with all levels of management both internally and externally
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Financial acumen skills
Excellent English language skills
